How far in advance should I book?
For most events: 2-4 weeks notice is perfect. For weddings and large events (100+ guests): we recommend 2-3 months. Holiday events (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's): book 4-6 weeks ahead as these fill up fast!
What's your minimum order?
Our minimum is 25 guests for catering packages. For smaller groups (10-24 people), we offer family-style meal boxes starting at $200. Call us to discuss options!
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! For events over 100 guests, we offer complimentary tastings so you can try our food before committing. For smaller events, tastings are available for a small fee (credited toward your final invoice if you book).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can prepare:
Vegetarian options (veggie plates, sides without meat)

What areas do you serve?
Primary service area: All of Rowan County, Salisbury, Concord, Kannapolis, and Charlotte metro (25-mile radius). We also travel further for larger events! Travel fees may apply for distances over 50 miles.
Do you provide setup and cleanup?
Yes! All packages include basic delivery and setup. For $75, we provide FULL service including decorative buffet setup, all serving equipment, and complete cleanup. For weddings and formal events, we recommend adding professional servers.
How does payment work?
50% deposit required to secure your date (via Cash App $DonaldGwyn143, Chime, credit card, or check)Remaining 50% due day-of or within 7 days of event

What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future event within 12 months. If you cancel with 2+ weeks notice, we'll work with you! Life happens—we understand.
Can you cook on-site at my event?
Yes! We offer on-site grilling services for an additional $150. This includes our pit master, professional grill equipment, and the amazing experience of watching your meat grilled fresh!
