From my humble beginnings in the small town of Mount Airy, North Carolina, I transitioned from being a celebrated athlete to becoming a chef. My mother, Rhonda Gooden, always told me it was important to learn how to cook, so I could take care of myself. What started as a hobby soon blossomed into a passion. Along the way, my aunts also guided me, helping shape the chef I am today. I've cooked everywhere from Atlanta to Boston, Utah to Vegas, traveling all over the country. Now, I'm thrilled to bring my culinary skills back home to North Carolina, Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
