How to Fill Out This Invoice Request Form

Fill out the steps below so DG&G Gravy Train Catering can send you a custom quote for your event.

  1. Tell us who you are.
    Enter your name and email so we can contact you with your quote.
  2. Add your event details.
    Choose your event date and tell us what type of event you’re planning (Wedding, BBQ, Birthday, Corporate, Reunion, Party, etc.).
  3. Let us know your guest count.
    This helps us calculate portions and pricing accurately.
  4. Tell us what you want to order.
    In the “What Would You Like to Order?” box, list your packages, meats, sides, desserts and drinks.
    Example: “2 Meats, 2 Sides & Bread – ribs + brisket + mac & cheese + greens + banana pudding + sweet tea”
  5. Share your budget (optional).
    You can include your per-person budget or total budget if you’d like.
  6. Add special notes (optional).
    Tell us about allergies, setup needs, delivery vs. on-site cooking, wedding or corporate layout, or anything else we should know.
  7. Tap “Send Invoice Request to DG&G”.
    Your email app will open with everything filled in. Just hit Send and we’ll reply with your full custom quote.
